I'm Angela Raspass, the owner and Principal Marketing Consultant for Ideas Into Action. I started the marketing company in Sydney in 2005 as a solo consultant, assisting business owners with outsourced marketing services.   

Today we have offices in the heart of Chatswood and our team of experienced marketing consultants, copywriters , graphic designers , social media gurus and web developers are all talented, practical and hands-on, whatever your marketing challenges. Plia co-ordinates and implements marketing strategies for our clients. With over 10 years experience in advertising and marketing gained in large and small agencies across an extensive range of categories she understands both the on and offline worlds. She is passionate about defining and developing the most effective marketing solutions for each client' specific needs. 

Gaye Belbin Graphic Designer

Gaye has over a decade of experience in the advertising industry. Gaye provides our clients with a wide variety of design services producing diverse promotional materials including newsletters, leaflets, posters, press ads, magazines and hard-cover books. She has a particular flair for developing fabulous client logos!

Kirsty Curnow (BA Graphic Design) Graphic Designer

Kirsty  particularly provides our clients with creative brand identity solutions and web design drawing upon her extensive industry experience of 15 years. Kirsty also enjoys designing a range of marketing material including bi-lingual publications, corporate brochures and website graphics. She is an active member of the Australian Graphic Design Association therefore keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology.

Angela's has a passion for people, a love for creativity and a talent for juggling several projects at once - all key skills at IIA! Whilst studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Information Management, followed by a Masters in Advertising and PR, she gained experience in teaching, telemarketing and creative marketing at a not-for-profit organisation. Her communication and organisational skills, eye for creativity and detail and a knack for making things happen makes her an asset to our team and clients.
