This is a pivotal role for us. Our Marketing and Office Assistant needs to be a proactive, confident and competent juggler with marketing nous, customer service prowess and great organisational skills to provide general office, administrative and marketing support to our Director, Consultants and clients.
Although your day to day activities will vary, depending on what projects we are working on, your typical week is likely to include:
• Providing accurate data entry, record keeping and document design and control tasks
• Acting as the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email and reception
• General office duties
• Liaising with printers, graphic designers, website developers and other suppliers to fulfill client briefs
• Maintaining our CRM, e-newsletters, website and blog
• Online research
• Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of all office administration
• Assisting with projects, promotional campaigns, social media, proposals, workshops, trade shows and more
We need you to contribute:
• At least 2 years of demonstrated administrative and marketing support skills in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a flair for multi-tasking
• Strong attention to detail including proofreading
• Marketing aptitude (formal qualifications will be highly regarded)
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office essential, Adobe suite would be well regarded) and online skills
• A positive and proactive attitude with an openness to learning new skills and turning your hand to new tasks
We offer a fun, open and supportive working environment in an office just 5 minutes walk from Chatswood station and opportunity for growth and development. Starting salary will be $35K plus super.
