Who is an ideal client for your business?
Honing the ‘who’ you should ideally be marketing to will greatly assist in ensuring the how and what you do is on track. By understanding your ideal client, you will be able to better meet their needs, capture and maintain their attention and use this knowledge to expand your client base. First comes understanding, then meeting their needs which results in repeat business and client loyalty.
We develop Ideal Client profiles using demographics, psychographics, geographics and a whole host of other insights. Working with you, we carefully analyse these factors to determine these ‘ideal’ clients. We drill down on what is likely to motivate them, what outcomes and solutions they are seeking. It's far easier to develop your marketing messages when you have specific people in mind that you are "speaking" to.

We now take it a step further and look at in which markets these ‘ideal’ clients may lurk......we refer to these as the "watering holes" - where will we find those ideal clients in their greatest numbers?
There may be one very obvious market or several market segments. What defines a viable market segment is that it is distinct from others, it has the same needs and ‘personality’ and therefore responds positively to a similar market stimulus. So by understanding it, we can more easily reach it and resonate with it, which results in the ability to sell to it.
